Types of Blockers
Below are some of the Blockers you may come across while you play.
Hidden Jellies
Hidden Jellies keep their color secret until they reach the top of the queue. Once they get there, their color is revealed and they can be used like normal. Some Boosters can reveal them early, too.
Connected Jellies
Connected Jellies are linked together and move as one group. You can only place them on the conveyor when all connected Jellies are available, and a group can include anywhere from 2 to 5 Jellies. If one Jelly in the group runs out of ammo, it stays connected with a counter of 0 until the whole group is resolved.
Pencil
The Pencil is a colored line that blocks the pixels behind it. Hit it with a Jelly of the matching color to shorten it, and keep going until the whole Pencil is gone. It can be hit from any side.
Frozen Jelly
A Frozen Jelly is blocked in the queue and can’t be picked right away. To unlock it, you need to add a set number of other Jellies to the conveyor, and each Jelly you add lowers its counter by 1. Its color stays hidden until it’s unlocked.
Locked Queue
Locked Queue places a colored blocker at the top of a queue. To unlock it, remove the required number of pixels of the same color from the board. Only the top of the queue can be blocked this way.
Chain and Key
Chain and Key blocks off part of the board with a chain, while the matching key sits in the queue. Push the correct key to the top of its queue to unlock the chain and open the blocked area. Each chain-key pair is matched by color and group.
Brick Wall
Brick Wall covers part of the board and hides the cubes behind it. The counter on the wall shows how many cubes need to be removed before it disappears, and every cube removed lowers the counter by 1, no matter its color.
Hidden Pixels
Hidden Pixels stay concealed until you target a pixel that clears the way to them. Once the path opens, the Hidden Pixels are revealed and can be targeted like normal.
Cube Block
Cube Block combines multiple pixels into one large block with a shared counter. Keep hitting it until its counter runs out, and then the whole block is cleared.
Blockers add an exciting twist to every level, turning each board into a fresh puzzle. Learn how they work, plan your moves wisely, and you’ll be ready to bust through them all.
